Luego de revisar los tres escritos que contenían las peticiones de nulidad, la Sala Plena de la Corporación consideró que el incidente no estaba llamado a prosperar, en tanto la Sala de Revisión, al proferir el fallo de la referencia, no incurrió en ninguna causal de nulidad, sino que, por el contrario, respetó el debido proceso y realizó el análisis correspondiente a la luz de los precedentes en la materia, lo cual conllevó que acertadamente decidiera conceder la tutela impetrada por Cajanal.
